Web Administrator-Part Time Maternity Cover

The perfect part time opportunity for a tech savvy go getter who is starting out!

The Role

This is a part time contract roll-10 hours per week to cover Maternity leave. Term to be between 18 and 26 weeks.


In this role, you will manage the back end of our e-commerce website platform regularly uploading content into all of our websites, social media accounts and EDM’s; and be responsible for setting up on line sales,  promotional events, competitions, EDM’s and any relevant landing pages.

Ideal Candidate

  • This is an ideal contract role for someone who is just starting out or who is a student that wants to learn about e-commerce. Coding skills not needed. You will be trained.
  • A quick learner and a self starter.
  • An ability to pick up technology quickly, including back end web platforms.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and an ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a family oriented but high performing team.
  • Highly task oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise.
  • Excellent work ethic, self motivated, flexible and able to multi task.


Job commences 18 October 2017.

Our office is located in Devonport, Auckland.

You must be a New Zealand Permanent Resident.
