Our absorbent underwear is covered by a 6-month guarantee from the date of purchase. To keep them performing at their best, rinse after use, cold machine wash, and line dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry, as heat can damage the absorbent layers and reduce their effectiveness over time.

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or colour, you can return or exchange within 90 days. Change-of-mind returns are issued as a gift card (valid for 3 years). For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if unused, with swing tags attached, and in original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

What's the difference between the Full Brief and Midi Brief?

Both give you the same moderate absorbency (150ml) and the same protective layers. The Full Brief sits higher on the waist for more coverage; the Midi Brief has a lower, classic brief cut. It comes down to which fit you find more comfortable.
