Once your order is received you will receive an order confirmation email.  

All orders received Monday to Friday before 1pm are typically processed and dispatched the same day.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders due to sales periods or after a long weekend, order processing may be delayed by one business day.

Orders to Auckland are usually delivered overnight. Orders to the rest of the North Island take 1-2 business days to be delivered and orders to the South Island take 2-3 days to be delivered. Rural addresses may take an extra day.  

Our courier partners are Team Global Express and NZ Post and we use their ‘non-signature required’ service as our standard service. This means the courier will leave your order in a safe place. If there is no safe place to leave your order, the courier will leave a card so you can arrange re-delivery.  

We can deliver to PO boxes. 

Once your order is picked and packed, you will receive a second confirmation email which includes all necessary details to either track your order or pickup your ‘Click & Collect’ order.

If you have chosen our ‘Click & Collect’ service you are welcome to collect your parcel only once you have received the second email confirmation.  

Our warehouse is located at 19B Orbit Drive in Rosedale (Auckland) and open to visit from Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm.
