These are the best alternative to nappies for my daughter who's started to get too big for disposable nappies. She's started having dry nights after using them.

The fit is a bit odd - it doesn't seem to sit high enough at the back side, but it doesn't impact the effectiveness of them.

We use Snazzi Pants with the DRI Sleeper Eclipse bed wetting alarm. The underwear are soft and comfortable, and while they don't keep the bed dry they certainly limit the flood radius for night time accidents - brilliant when paired with a Brolly Sheet. I love that they have a double layer through the centre (designed for a booster pad) and have hijacked this design to make a small chute to slip the DRI Sleeper Urosensor into. (Included pics in case anyone wants to try this technique - we have had great success with this method! Alarm always trips when wet, sensor stays in place, and compared with a panty liner it's winning on all fronts: easier to change in the middle of the night, more comfortable to wear, and much more discreet.)

My older child doesn't need Snazzi Pants anymore but he still prefers them to regular underwear (sensory issues with 'drips'). Not sure what we'll do when he outgrows the largest size!

I will say that having bought many pairs of these - I would not recommend tumble drying them. Or size up if you intend to! The ones that I bought 5ish years ago have been through the dryer loads without shrinking, but I have two pairs in this newer style that are almost unwearable because I tumble dried them.
